Use it in class

Keep the first completed sheet and revisit the same prompts near the end of the course. Ask students to name one response that changed and point to a project or practice experience that explains the change. Allow students to keep personal responses private.

Teacher guide

The included guide offers illustrative responses for the reflection prompts and criteria for specific, thoughtful answers. It is not a fixed answer key: students’ interests, experience, and confidence will differ. Do not grade confidence ratings as right or wrong. Use the responses to plan instruction and help students set an achievable creative goal.

Printing and review
